We were referred to Back to Perfection and treated to a professional experience process that was well done from start to finish. "After Hurricane Harvey flooding and the subsequent repairs to our home, our tile floors were in deplorable shape. Todd and Tylar were AWESOME to work with. The were very collaborative. They explained to us every step of the process and kept us in the loop though out. I would hire their team in a minute if we required any more work of this type. While the cost was not insignificant, it was reasonable. That was topped off by their services being preformed in an efficient and timely manner. The floors were all beautiful for the Holidays and many visitors. We can't thank them enough!"

"Overall we are very satisfied with the work.  The work began on time, took slightly longer than originally planned (5 weeks rather than 4) but hardly a day went by without some work being done. 
DR was the only company from whom we got a quote that was willing to install the support beam in the attic (which required cutting a hole in our roof to slide the beam in!) rather than installing it below the existing ceiling.  The absence of a visible header separating our great room from the now open concept kitchen made a huge difference to the overall effect and was a primary driver for selecting Danny and DR Renovations to do the work.
Danny was very professional, listened to my ideas and he and his subs offered suggestions to improve upon the design.  There were a few hiccups along the way (plumbing leaks, a foot through the kitchen ceiling) but Danny addressed them quickly and absorbed the additional expense graciously, even replacing water damaged carpet over a much larger area than required in order to avoid additional carpet seams.  As the project neared completion, the subs were called back to correct minor imperfections on the cabinet finishing and final adjustments of the hardware.  There was even one travertine floor tile I just couldn't live with, and before the job was fully completed, his flooring guy came back and surgically removed and replaced that one tile with another which better matched the rest of the floor, without additional charge, which I hugely appreciated.
The cabinets are wonderful, with a lot of additional trim/finishing that wasn't specifically requested or quoted, and we love all the finishes.  The only aspect that we are not completely satsified with is a small section of newly framed wall which isn't quite straight and inline with the original wall....obvious to us since we know the problem is there, but probably wouldn't be noticed by anyone else.  This wall is the only reason for a B quality rating rather than an A.
All in all an very good experience, something we should have done years ago.   Extra kudos to his crew for taking the additional effort to remove and save the existing cabinets so we could donate them to a friend, and for regularly hauling away the construction waste instead of letting it all pile up on the exterior of our property.
