"We called All Septics on Friday night when we started having major problems with the toilets. They were not in, but we described our problems to the answering machine and asked for advice. However, after deciding to get the tanks pumped by ABRACADABRA SEPTIC PUMPING SERVICES, we decided that we would not need them, and did not follow up on these calls. However, Sunday morning, James was checking his messages for the weekend and made a follow-up call anyway. We told him that the septic was being pumped and he said he would check back after the pumping job to see if we needed anything else. He called that afternoon, and we told him about the problems with scheduling, so he agreed to call back later. When we finally discovered the root of the problem was with the septic pumps, we called James again. He said was busy Monday morning, but agreed to come by when he was finished with his route in Houston. He arrived in the mid afternoon, after checking in several times that morning to apprise us of his schedule. When he arrived, and advised that the job would probably cost $600, since it appeared that the original aerator pump had died. But while checking the entire pump system using a systematic approach, he found problems with the embedded wiring. After fixing that problem, he traced the ultimate problem to a fused wire in the main control box, which he promptly fixed. That avoided the installation of a new aerator pump. All of this was done within around an hour of his arrival. When he left, the entire system was checked, the chlorinator was drained and filled with bleach and the area was cleaned and restored to its original condition. I was very impressed by James' efficiency and professionalism. And he charged us a very fair price considering all the work he did."

I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
