"The representative called within minutes of my inquiry to repair storm damaged shingles. Within a day a repair guy was on sight., gave me his card, surveyed the damage, gave me a quote and indicated he would be back after the holiday but if any weatger was coming in, he would be here sooner. They had given me four roofing companies in my area. I checked out their previous Reviews which was very helpful. Then I made a couple of calls. Justin from Atlantic roofing & siding called me. He had another local service call first and he could come by after that if this was OK with me. YES! I was very pleased that he could work me into his schedule. I met Justin outside. Justin was very courteous. He handed me his business card. I had sent him photos of the damaged area. He worked very efficiently, to re-nail the shingles. Then Justin inspected the rest of the roof & around the chimney. He took pictures with his phone & showed me areas were the mortar from chimney bricks was missing, other areas buckling shingles & damaged rubber gasket. Then we seen an add on television, every thing they said they would do, was done. The team of installers worked in the middle of the winter, they were always on time, they were very clean and professional. They promised there would NOT be any leeks. its been 6 months -no leeks.
