"Kitchen remodel 2024 4/15/2024- 5/21/2024 From our very first meeting, during the design process and through the construction to completion, every person we came into contact with from Benchmark and various subcontractors were professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Lee guided us step by step during the entire process of picking our cabinets, counters, flooring and the design of a custom cat area to accommodate a pet drinking fountain. Ian and his crew did an outstanding job installing the cabinets and the finish work. Any concerns we had were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. All subcontractors (floor, electric, plumbing, and counter tops) were excellent. Any concerns were addressed fully. When Lee and Ian say they want customers 100% satisfied, they mean it and it happens. Thank you Benchmark for our beautiful kitchen!"

"This company is upfront & honest with everything they do. Very professional. I was given a very reasonable quote for a complete siding job which included removal & disposal of old wooden siding. The crew was very detail oriented, punctual, professional & worked very well together. Every night they would clean up the whole perimeter around the house leaving nothing behind. Since we have a dog they took great care to not leave any sharp objects or nails in our grass. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a hard working, honest, detail oriented & caring team. They went beyond our expectations & helped transform our house into a very new & sharp looking house. This company will go beyond your expectations for sure with thier quality work. Thank you Community Home Services!"

"We hired Windows Source to replace all our doors (4) and windows (20) including 1 large bay window. They also did our entire house in vinyl cedar siding. Our entire home was upgraded by WS. Service was incredible and install was perfect. We highly recommend Window Source."

"Luv my new replacement windows they selected. Already can tell the improvement in comfort level. No more plastic taped to windows after years? The siding looks great with addition of some trim added around windows and at base of siding that most homes don’t have. ??"

"If you want an Honest, Trustworthy, Hardworking person that cares about his clients, then you definitely want to work with Gage, at KCM Construction. I reached out to Gage after my basement flooded and I was essentially fleeced by a remediation company and was ghosted by a contractor. Gage came out the same day I called to look things over. He asked me what I was looking to do, I told him my priorities and gave him a very strict budget. He did every single thing on my priorities list, stuck within my budget, and communicated with me daily through the entire process. He was quick to reassure me when I was worried about things, and answered any questions I had. If there were any issues or problems he addressed them immediately. Gage truly cares about his clients and it showed in the way he worked with me. I went into this with zero trust after everything I had dealt with. He not only earned my trust, but he kept it. He didn't try to push beyond my budget. He didn't drag out the job. He just cared about righting the wrongs ( wrongs that he didn't do), making sure I was happy with the work, and getting my basement to a place where my 3 older kids could stop sleeping in my living room and have their bedrooms back! Gage was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will definitely be working with him again on future projects. And I HIGHLY recommend everyone else works with him too!"

"I was very happy with the Rich Exterior Solutions crew that replaced my roof. It's a steep pitch and our house is very close to our neighbors'. They did great work and at a solid price."
