It is in decent shape, but we wanted to do a lot of work to turn it into our dream house. Doors were replaced, ceiling exhaust fans installed, floor covering repair, electrical and plumbing etc. Through 11 change orders Ricardo kept track of it all and pushed to keep the project done on time. If I had more work to be done I would call Santi’s Construction immediately. Highly recommended !"

He got me a quote to replace, far lower than quotes from other companies, Home Depot, couple other companies etc. He did an amazing job and couldn’t be happier.
