"This company is very professional in all aspects from setting up a plan and the scheduling of our project with the installation of our egress window and three additional windows in our daylight basement. They were thorough in the job that they did including clean up. They exceeded my expectations in their finished work that they had listed in our contract and I am more then satisfied with their expertly done job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable and experienced professional work. THANK YOU Zilka!!!"

"Daryl did a good job explaining the work needed and was very responsive to my questions. The work crew was careful and polite. They went out of their way to consult me and to explain what they had done. They took numerous photos to show aspects of their work. We have a very tight crawl space but the crew took on the challenge with a smile. They ended up installing even more brackets than they had initially estimated, giving us even better protection than we had anticipated. I highly recommend their work."

"We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"

Customers say: Super punctual

"Thanks to patient and creative problem solving by Rob, the range hood installation went very well even though we have a quirky old home with extremely limited crawl space. He even talked me through product selection considerations when I found the array of options quite overwhelming and the salespeople unhelpful at various stores. As icing on the cake, he's fair priced, honest, and super friendly. I like watching and learning more about my home when contractors do work. Rob was great about that, sharing all his problem solving thought process with me, which I really appreciated."

"C & C Roofing guaranteed us no leaks and even promised to come back out if the leak continued anytime within the next few months after their repairs. We are pretty much through the rough weather season and that was not necessary as everything seems to have been taken care of properly on the first visit."
