Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. His design added a back mirror and overhead lighting to the bar, a pullout turntable, sliding doors for storing knickknacks and our favorite part: pull out cubbies to store and flip through our records.
