"The outside dig was very expensive and a repeat from 3 years ago. I guess I should have chosen the longer dig in 2017. They cleaned up very well and hopefully will pass the video next week. The original call was for a plugged tub. The young man, Ian, worked hard and did not need to replace pipes. He also replaced 2 washers on showers and an O-ring on a toilet. "My house sits on top of a bluff and when I had some septic work done and they had to cut into the hillside. And with all that rain it became unstable, worrisome at the very least. I called NW Construction and Jesus came that afternoon, appraised the situation, gave me a quote on the costs and began work soon after. He and his crew worked right thru this cold snap. The hillside is now stabilized with a very well built heavy cement block retaining wall that had to be built around the septic tank and septic-field pump. It is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I highly recommend Jesus and NW Quality Construction and Hardscape."

"We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"
