"Peter’s company did a substantial remodel of our kitchen, downstairs bathroom and designed and installed a fireplace and surround about 13 years ago. Most of the work was custom and specific for our house. At the time, we deservedly gave Peter, his crew and subcontractors exemplary reviews. Thirteen years later, we continue to receive compliments about the work from pretty much everybody that comes to our house for the first time. This week, we called Peter regarding a problem we encountered while trying to replace a dishwasher. One of the cabinet pieces needed to be cut back ¼” to allow the replacement unit to fit. We wanted to know if this was something we could hire Pacific Northwest Cabinets to do and how far out they were scheduled. Peter called back that evening and requested we e-mail photos and a description of what we needed done. Seriously, he attended to and solved our issue within 24 hours. We’ve come to learn this is just how Peter does business and treats his customers.
