"Catonsville Custom Framing & Fine Art was beyond excellent. I had a rather large (30x40) piece of art in a professionally done shadow box frame in which the glass had became broken. The original large chain professional framer could not price it exactly because their estimator wasn't there, but gave me a ROM of several hundred dollars and told me to come back. One of the big box craft stores refused to repair it and would only quote a completely new framing. A second big box craft store framing expert carefully examined the frame and said they could do it. Two weeks later when it as supposed to be completed they called, said now it could not be done and to come and pick it up. When I did, it was dismantled into numerous pieces and left in bags! This was no problem Catonsville Custom Framing & Fine Art. Without hesitation, they were able to replace the glass and reassemble it all back together beautifully. They even included a new wall hanger. Best of all, this was all done at half the cost of the big box store and in one day! They were also very friendly. Forget the big box stores with their weekly half off framing coupons and go to this local merchant."

"I have been using these guys for years. They have redesigned and remodeled my kitchen and other projects throughout my home. Their ideas for my home are always very creative and work well. They most recently redesigned and remodeled my bathroom and it turned out amazing. As always the project went smoothly from the start. I met with them at my home and they took measurements and we discussed ideas. I then went to their showroom to review the designs, yes designs they gave me more than one option. This was very helpful as it's hard for me to envision things on my own. I decided to go with the second option which involved removing a wall and expanding the bathroom. I worked with them to pick out my tile, cabinets and granite right there after seeing the designs. It was very convenient. The job started about three weeks later, right when they promised and wrapped up earlier than expected. It turned out fantastic and I couldn't be happier. "It turned out good; they actually had a style of windows that no one else has.  They do custom windows for no additional charge including designing windows, and so we picked out a design we liked and it was very nice.  They came out and installed everything in one day.  The windows were very tight all winter and they look beautiful, and they came with a lifetime warranty—for any reason they’ll replace the window.  They were very easy to work with on the price; they gave me a very good price including a discount, and they did a great finance for me with no interest.  It was very affordable and we are very happy.  I would definitely recommend them."

"Generally, the process went well. The replacement of windows stools went great and without a hitch. The final product looks great and no complaints. The exterior caulking ended up being OK, but not without me checking on the work and asking for additional caulking, caulking removal. Or in otherwords, the caulking portion of the job ended up OK, but the attention to detail was lacking by that worker. He was nice and professional and did not complain or question my comments. Overall i am happy with how things turned out."

"I wasn't sure what I needed so Ben accompanied me to Home Depot and helped me select my front doors. He spent a long amount of time with me and the Home Depot representative in an effort to get me a quality door at a reasonable price. He knew I was concerned about security as well as curb appeal and made sure that he accomplished both efficiently and professionally. I wanted my back door to have the glass inside the wood versus on the outside (eliminating the need to clean each and every pane) and he special ordered the door for me. Now I only have to clean one large pane! I have an older home and it required a bit of finagling to get the doors to fit in just right but that is one of Ben's specialties and he did a fantastic job. He responded to all of my calls politely and quickly. I felt very comfortable calling him wih any questions. He also made suggestions to me which I found very helpful. Another plus is that Ben did an excellent job cleaning up each time which was great. While this job was certainly not his most challenging, he never made me feel that I was wasting his time with a small job, which some contractors do.
