"Marty did the job quickly and the ceiling fans are installed and working. That?s why he gets 3 stars. He does not get 5 stars because of several things. The initial bid was quite reasonable but the day after I contacted the other companies that provided bids to let them know I wouldn?t be using them, he realized that he would need more money to cover the job. The increase in price had to do with sheet rock damage that would occur with the installation. Two fans were installed without any sheet rock damage, so I spoke to him about a price adjustment, and he reduced the price by $200. After the last fan was installed, he started sanding while the fan was on, covering the entire room in dust. "
