Called them they showed up in time. cleared my drain and took the time to explain what was the problem and the steps that needed to be done to take care of problem (VERY PROFESSIONAL). "Ok, I can't really Say I hired them. But during a holiday We called our home owner insurance and they sent out a plumber which quoted us $7000 to repair our Main Water Leak. I paid them for the service call ; and sent them on their way. I call Straight Flush Plumbing the following hour not realizing it was a holiday. Kevin and I texted almost half the day July 4th scheduling a time to come out. During a Storm I was greeted by the service guy which informed me that the problem was a coupler on the water meter. I could have been out $7000 dollars but they were truthful to tell me the issue was in the hands of the city. "Yes, they worked at restoring the heater on my water heater, went and got the part they needed, and made sure they got the heat restored and the temperature set to my satisfaction. They also made sure they put everything back to the way it was when they arrived. They were very pleasant and professional. Have them in my phone book--hope I DON'T need them, but if I do need a plumber, their number is in my book!"

"The guy working for the company was great. I just felt like the company standards were to get the most money out of the project. They wanted to replace the drain line instead of clearing the line. He used a shop vac to drain the water then attempted to blow the object through the line. When the drain continued to drain slow he decided it would be better to cut a new drain line instead of clearing the line. And the job went from around $200 to over $600. Which is not in my budget for clearing a slow draining line at this time."

"We had a very good experience with Michaels and Josh was the plumber that came out and was very professianl and explained everything to us ad kept us involved which we really liked . we had roots in our main sewer line and josh was able to camera the line so we could see what was going on . Once we decided we wanted to get the line replaced he gave us price for work and was able to set it up while he was out. Our yard had to be dug up and new line installed for drain and everything went just as they said and everything is back up ad running great and no more roots . thanks to Michaels and there great team for doing a great job and getting our issu took care of"
