"We just had Jayson Wright, Service Manager, to our residence to do an inspection of our egress window and a potential water issue on one of the basement walls. Jayson did an excellent job and explained everything that we were concerned about. I fully recommend Jayson Wright and Groundworks for any and all basement issues involving waterproofing."

"John the project manager was VERY helpful and knowledgeable in getting things lined up for my basement batt insulation project, the guys did an excellent job and it was complete in less that 2 days."

"I am amazed at The quality of their customer service. Before I became disabled, I was employed at the hospital for 28 years and I know how hard-working with the public can be. I really need to give a hats off and a pat on the back to (midstate Basement) systems they came in and did work on my basement and had to come back and adjust some things… Not one time did they roll their eyes or give me a hard way to go about it. Levi ,Judd, Ernest, Jonathan & Adrian were very friendly, courteous & Ernest, Levi and Judd always answered any question I give them and was quick to be of help and to get me scheduled in I would highly recommend Midstate Basements systems to anybody that needs any kind of basement or crawlspace work done. I had my basement done and I’m gonna have to have my crawlspace done in the future and they will definitely be the company I contact. You can’t go wrong by hiring them. Fast, friendly service, each and every time."

"I contacted this company a few weeks ago because I was interested in a quote for a Sun room. Right away when I called and spoke with Customer Service a very nice young man I think his name was Jimmy or Jamie not really sure. He took my information and scheduled me for a free estimate. He was so nice, pleasant and very polite. He took the time and spoke with me about what I was looking for. I hope that with a customer service associate that was so friendly and spoke to me like I was his grandmother I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. That says a lot about the people that work for Alford they are caring and take to talk to an older lady like me. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends and family. Keep up the good work Alford."

"immediately responded to request for estimate and completed work within 2 weeks. Basement is waterproof and I am very pleased. Downside, request for invoice remains unanswered after several attempts."

"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

"I was in a bit of a bind with a client and was calling multiple companies to try and get a basement assessment and estimate. Everyone was weeks out which we really didnt have. I received a phone call from Marty around quitting time on Friday evening and he was on his way downtown and going to be passing the area where the work was needed so he was happy to stop and assess. He called me with what his findings were, took photos and gave me his true honest opinion of the basement condition. I then on Saturday morning received a full report and summary with an estimate attached. Marty went above and beyond to help myself and my clients out in a time crunch and he came thru with flying colors! I would highly recommend Advanced Restoration and Waterproofing LLC to anyone with basement and/or foundation issues. I look forward to working with them again in the future!"
