"The initial call was for stinging insects flying around my frond door.  I called on a Tuesday evening and a technician arrived before noon on Wednesday. He correctly identified the insects as ground-dwelling yellow jackets, and assured me that the spray he would use would not harm the 35 year old cactus they had nested under. With a quick look he spotted what was drawing the ants to the house, leaf litter in the gutters. <br /> Since he was already on site, I asked him to take care of the ant issue. "Matt showed up for the initial inspection on time and conducted an indoor and outdoor inspection. Once we received the estimate, we asked him to schedule the work. He finished the foundation work first and set snap traps inside to catch any mice trapped inside the house. He came back a few days later to finish the roof work and remove the traps with mice. He set up new traps to replace the used ones and came back a few days later to check on those. Matt always arrived when expected and finished his work in a timely matter.
