"After performing demo workout, our previous contractor took our $$ and ran. Because of this, we were too spooked to hire another “con”tracor and decided to try a service with a good reputation and warranty. I can not recommend ACE more highly. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. "Avoid this company at all costs?.over priced front door. Installed incorrectly, wrong color, not what I wanted from the get go?to cut costs, they changed from a fiberglass door to a steel door (which caused a problem due to southern exposure & door becoming extremely hot to the point of burning fingers) & changed the colors. Door had drafts as not hung correctly. Came back & corrected the type of door to fiberglass (at an additional cost), corrected the colors, tried to correct the door so there were no drafts, but the door creaks & squeaks & it drives me crazy. No amount of WD-40 or silicone spray helps. Emailed the company about correcting this with no response whatsoever."
