"Val did very good work and got my kitchen remodel done quickly and well. I am very happy with the results."

"I experienced serious water damage in my condominium from faulty pipes in an adjoining unit last year. The water had been leaking for some time and damaged walls and floors in the kitchen and guest bathroom next door. It is the type of incident that can quickly become a nightmare and required remediation and significant work. I selected Titan Contracting because Erik Quam was highly recommended. He followed-up with me quickly and provided a detailed, comprehensive estimate. The work was fairly extensive and included hanging and finishing drywall in the kitchen, hallway and guest bathroom, as well as removing and replacing underlayment and subfloor. His team did a very nice job with the flooring, including laying tile in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The quality and professionalism of the work were really excellent and I adapted the work requirements and had the Titan team complete the other work I had planned for the unit, including: fixing all the kitchen cabinets/hinges/ drawers, install new kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher) and rework the guest bath with a new vanity. Later his team came back and rebuilt the second floor deck on short notice was well. Mr. Quam and his team were flexible with scheduling and handling the communications and coordination very effectively. They did a first-class job completing the work at a very reasonable price. Mr. Quam ensured that everyone involved understood the process, the scope of work, and the parts and labor involved. Very transparent and skilled professional. I highly recommend Titan Contracting."

"Stanley and his team have done several projects and each one exceeded our expectations. He has done a new roof, covered patio, and our covered kitchen. Quality craftsmanship."

"I appreciated the work ethic of showing up on time and communicating with me. I really like everything they did. I have hired them again for another project and would do it again."

"After many meetings with contractors I chose to hire Tidewater ProBuild to remodel my kitchen. I found companies who offered me a cheaper bid at least it appeared so but as I asked questions it was clear the initial bid was a guesstimate one that would change with the details. All the companies subcontracted out a good deal of the work, this concerned me because it would mean several companies coordinating their schedules to get my remodel completed. Tidewater ProBuild has their own specialist inhouse. The other significant difference was the contract with Tidewater ProBuild was all inclusive. Initially I was overwhelmed with the information I was given and met with Trey twice for several hours just to review the information in the contract and to develop a picture of what I hoped my kitchen would look like when the work was complete. Trey used the computer program to show me how my kitchen would look, and he made changes until it was exactly what I wanted. I changed a few more times even after the remodel was started and he patiently made the changes. Trey, Caleb and Kevin all very experienced in remodels checked in with me each day keeping me apprised of what to expect the next day. They answered my questions and offered creative suggestions throughout the entire process. I now have a kitchen I love, and the job was done on time and slightly under my original budget. I got everything and more than what was promised in the contract. I am happy to talk with anyone about my experience and have let Trey know he can feel free to use me as a reference. The employees of the Tidewater ProBuild were all helpful; they never acted frustrated or hurried when I would stop and ask questions. I'm pretty sure every person employed with the company brought their special touch to my remodel. The men all worked well together and each one seemed to love what they did and took pride in what they were creating. Thank you: Trey, Caleb, Kevin, Andy, Brian, Deacon, Mario, Mitch, Petey, and Stephen."

"It went very well. Great job!"

"Fantastic small business. Always came when promised. Always cleaned up as they worked. Very professional and courteous. A delight as a homeowner to work with."

"Top Notch Contracting has done work in my home over the last 12 years. The work started with updating bathrooms, but it was more than just updating, the bathrooms were completely gutted and the work was excellent. Since then our kitchen was completely redone and an addition of a bedroom was built. Recently a new roof and attic insulation was installed. All the work on our house has been by Top Notch and I couldn’t be more pleased. Mark, the contractor goes above and beyond making sure every detail of work gets done. I would only trust Top Notch for work on my home, excellent company!"

"Reliable and hard working. Robbie and Billie did a great job with installing my luxury vinyl plank floors, trim and baseboards. They arrived early, friendly team, professional and worked hard to get the job done on time. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again."

"Quality work for fair price! Went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Will definitely use again for other projects."
