"First of all we got a fast and professional quote from Warren. He is a very knowledgeable guy, and he made some great recommendations four this project. He was super patient as our HOA took forever to approve our project, and it took us months to get everything ready for the pergola to be installed. The delays were all on our part, but Warren was patient the entire way. The whole while, Warren occasionally checked in and held his price for us in the contract. Once it was finally time for us to have the pergola installed, Warrens crew was on site within just about a week or two. The crew was outstanding; courteous, professional, and careful. "I ran into Bill from Paving Stone of San Diego at a home and garden show. I had spoke to several other paver companies, but they were not very interested in my project as it was a rather small scale job. At the time I did not tell any of the vendors I was planning to expand and add on to project at a later date. Bill was the last vendor I spoke with, and he had no problem taking on a job of my size. I checked him out on Angie's List, and had him come out and give me a quote. Besides the installation of the pavers, Bill also suggested that some repairs be made to the stairs leading down from the new patio area. I knew this had to be done and asked him to add it in his quote. His crew showed up about three weeks later to do the work. They did get off to a rocky start with their forklift got a flat tire, forcing them to transport the pavers and other materials by hand from the street to my backyard. His crew did an excellent job, and the patio was laid out exactly as I had planned it. They did offer to haul away the dirt that was excavated during the process, but I asked them to deposit it in an area behind a storage shed as I planned on using it on another project."

Al & Steve came to give me an estimate for a patio/porch cover in front of my house.  I wanted it to look like it was part of the house, and I wanted to have a high sealing.  My house is built with an A frame front, so if it was put just under the bottom of the eve, it would be just above the window, which was too low.  Al & Steve were wonderful to work with.  They met with me at least 3 times before the patio cover was scheduled to be installed.  They answered all my questions and instilled confidence that they could make it happen they way I would like it to look.  Steve advised that Michael Kinsman would be installing the cover.  Michael was on time and very professional.  Instead of cutting off a portion of the eve, Michael incorporated the eve into the patio cover and it looks really great.  He made the whole look of the patio cover seem to be a part of the house.  Very talented I would say.  He was also a great person to work with.  He advised me on what switches to install for the fan (yes, they installed the fan for free.  That was very impressive and appreciated.)  I love my new front porch and it was all due to these people.  I would recommend them to anyone.  Thanks so much!"
