"They did a spectacular job considering what they had to work with when they started. The roof is exceptional. I don't have any leaks and I don't have roof shingles blowing off in my yard or the neighbors' yard; it is wonderful. The thing that I was most impressed was that they cleaned up after they were done. These guys went out and made sure that the nails were up and everything. I was just very pleased. I have recommended them to a friend. The price included the tear off of the old roof. At some places there were three to four layers of roofing shingles thick and there was a layer of wood shakes. People had just gone over and over it. I was way beyond the village code, but I bought the house like that. It leaked and I tarred it until I got enough money to get the roof done. They also insulated over the porch for me. They did the garage roof as well. I absolutely had no complaints. I had a lot of people into my house to do work. This was the first group of people that I have had here that did what they promised and cleaned up their mess. I had no problems and no need to call them back. I got prices from several other people. They weren't the cheapest, but they were right down there. It was a fair price. They had it done when they said they would have it done."

"This job was complicated by the fact that the existing paint on the old house and garage had a high lead content; this increased the cost of the job because of how the scraping and protection of soil and property had to be handled. The workers are lead paint certified. Vince and crew were prompt and efficient; the house and garage (which included a metal garage door which was rusting and needed a fair amount of sanding) were completed in four and a half days. The house was painted white and two colors were used for trim. High quality Sherwin Williams primer and paint were used. All of our questions were answered and calls and texts were returned promptly. The crew was top rate! This was the most hassle-free contracting job I've ever experienced. We will definitely use them again for our other rental properties, and will recommend them highly to others. <br />"

"s Steve Folsom and his brother Doug came to my home where another so called contractor(Kevin)started a porch enclosure.Kevin was in way over his head and poured concrete and layered block out of level. I had to fire him as he told me the project would take 10 days start to finish and was a third of the way.Folsom Builders bailed me out big time as the had a trailer onsite for a week and finished the started project in a week.I wish I had hired them from the get go as they pulled it off.I trust these guys have great attitudes about work and are true pros at what they do.....sincerely Michael Baleno"
