He removed a thread from the same kind of carpet in the closet and went to work fixing it. It wasn't cheap, but it was cheaper than a new carpet. When Doug the technician showed up, he was professional and went throughout the house to get accurate measurements. He explained everything that he was going to do before actually doing it. The actual price ended up being less than what I was originally quoted due to his measurements equalling a smaller area. We divided the order into two phases and the designer and I met twice to complete each phase. After the orders were placed, the installer contacted me to set installation appointments.
