"Mr. Luis Ramirez thatched my exiting lawn and where the lawn had been taken over by invasive grasses and weeds, he dug them out and the dirt that they were growing in and put down top soil and seeded the area. I have a double lot and a huge lawn. I paid him $10,500. All seemed to be well until the lawn came in. It was full of weeds and the seed was not distributed evenly so there were many bare patches. I called Luis and he said that he would take care of the weeds. I left town for a few days and when I came back he and done nothing. I tried to call him repeatedly but he never would answer my phone calls. It was a very poor job and he is not a trustworthy or honorable person. In the future, I would never finish paying anyone to put in a lawn until I saw the final product."

"Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred.
