We got 7 bids for the work and chose them because they came out in person and were detailed in what they needed to do to both prep the walls, remove/repair the existing 4" backsplash of countertop material, as well as install the tile properly. They brought sample grout colors to help select one that best matched the handmade tile and worked with us on selecting the schluter and options for sealing the tile. They came up with solutions to help the tile fit into the space seamlessly - like it was there from the beginning. While our 7 bids ranged from $1,200 to over $3,400 - Remarkable Concepts actually completed the project in a day at lower price than their original estimate. I was charged for Sales Tax on the Quotes and again on the invoices (double charged). I was billed for work that was not done, etc. All together overcharged $1400.00. Tried to work with them, first person - yes, we owe you refund. No refund. Sent info to owner - no answer. I have invoices to verify claims.,"
