"One window had bad wood around the frame. When we mentioned it to the contractor it wasn't addressed, and they installed the new window anyway. In Addition, on the same window the lower left corner of the window frame is loose and needs nailed back in."

"Surprised they are still in business with the absolute failure of our window order, installation, and follow up. A 2-day window installation took over a year to complete. And that isn't even speaking to the lies, excuses, and lack of communication from them. We have a stack of printed emails, text messages, and documented phone calls detailing every lie, waiting weeks for updates and having to contact them, telling us windows/doors were ordered when they were not, being told our replacement window sash would be delivered in August and not hearing from anyone until November, receiving the wrong window sash, reordering it and waiting yet again for the correct item to be sent by Champion Windows. And, for the stress and aggravation, they offered us two $200 gift cards but only if I signed away our right to leave honest negative reviews. Would NEVER recommend them. In fact, I will steer everyone away from them."

"I could not be happier with the warranty work performed on our large dining room glider windows. Both Michael Donahue and Nick Baxter came up with a collaborative solution to remedy an uneven top reveal that spanned the length of our three piece large window. The original install had a few flaws that allowed both glider windows to detach fully from the top if opened due to not shimming the top window edge correctly which resulted in crowning of the whole top part of the 3 piece window. Mike and Nick came out and helped us decide on a solution that would make my wife and I happy. It took Mike and Nick a half day to redo the window. At the end I was completely satisfied as I am sure my wife will be when she comes home tonight to see the work performed. "I called HarleyExteriors to get a quote on 3 windows and anew sliding glass door with a pet door in it. From the gentleman who sold me on the products, to the gentleman who came to take the final measurements, to the man who scheduled and ordered all the products I could tell that this was an exceptional company. The crew arrived on time and got right to work and were done in a good time period. They had me come to inspect the finished product and made sure I knew how to work the locks. While they were working the gentleman who had set everything up for the job stopped by the house to check out the work. When they were done the area was cleaned up and everything put away. "How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."
