"Mark Halpert was an absolute joy to work with. We contracted with him to remodel both of the bathrooms in our condo. From bid through completion, Mark was totally involved with his workers in completing the work. He was generally on-site at least once a day to check on progress, give guidance to his workers, and to answer any questions we might have had. Along the way, he listened to what we wanted and also made suggestions that improved the end product. As in any big job like this, we hit a few hiccups with material availability and minor changes. Mark took all of these in stride with a great degree of calmness and professionalism that enabled work to progress and maintain schedule. Most of the work was completed by Mark's workers - Braulio and Rafi. If you do contract with Mark, I would recommend you ask for these two gentlemen. They were friendly, punctual, and they always asked us for what we wanted or preferred with all of the tiny little details - such as exactly where we wanted the knobs placed on the vanity doors and drawers. In addition, they cleaned up every day - as much could be expected in a construction environment - which made our living with the on-gong work as comfortable as it could be. All in all, our experience with Halpert Construction could not have been better. I would heartily recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking to work on their homes. We would certainly hire him again if we have projects in the future."

"If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "Nucave construction did a great job remodeling and completing a relatively complicated medical facility for me. Excellent job. Ryan was spot on every step of the way through. He was very timely and efficient in getting things done and very knowledgeable about the materials and methods. This build-out included retrofitting and developing nearly 3000 sqft of medical space to include a fully functional operating room and recovery room with anesthesia capability. Included was a combination of medical flooring, vinyl and tile flooring, medical cabinets and sinks, a large reception area with reception desk, and a sterile processing room. Nucave also got the facility current and inspected by the fire marshal. They corrected problems with electrical panels, and got a back-up generator functioning and warrantied for me. I am very happy with the work and would not hesitate to give my highest recommendations to Ryan and Nucave construction."
