"Jim is a great guy to work with!!! He was very understanding and responsive to all my questions and concerns. He oversaw the entire operation of removing a wall to open up the living area. This encompassed general demo and construction, electrical, resurfacing, matching texture and repainting. Followed by some special hardwood floor detail work. "We sing the contract; the contractor came and measured the concrete stairs and existing broken handrail, and we got quote sing the contracts paid deposit and they came to install it just to see that the handrail they ordered was too small. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."
