"Shamaah and Ian were very professional installers . They did an excellent job removing our tub and shower combo and replacing it with a walk-in shower. They both were very knowledgeable about their jobs. They also did a great clean up job. I give an 5+ rating to these installers."

"We used Jacuzzi to replace an old bathtub, and converted it into a shower only bathroom. The installer Mike L. was very courteous and professional. The shower looks great and works very well. Would use them again for any future needs."

"They did a gorgeous job. When we planned the Hall bathroom to get a makeover, the price was so good, I went ahead and had them replace the vanity in my master bathroom in which I had the shower redone by a different company nearly two years earlier. The gentlemen who did the installation did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves as if it were their own house. I couldn’t be more pleased. From the original designer who came out to help me plan, to the liaison who got everything scheduled to the gentleman who came out and measured everything, there were no “pressure sales” no upselling. The whole process was a pleasant experience! ( And it was done all in One Day!!)"

"The shower is beautiful! Excellent quality, the installers were efficient and friendly! It was done in 2 days, I couldn?t be happier,"

"The salesman worked with us on the cost. Disappointed with first installer. He came alone and would not go on top of the roof to complete the job. Second installer came out next day to finish. Then after first rain. all of the corners I asked leaked, A3rd installer had to come out!!"

"Love the new walk in shower! Installer was very professional."

"jeff was very prompt and knowledgeable. he walked us through the process the whole step of the way and made us aware of all pricing options. we will be using them again for all of our plumbing needs, including a future project to replace the old toilet in our master bath w/a more energy efficient one."

"Went well. The attic stairs we’re broken while removing / installing new furnaces. Dayco without any delay ordered new stairs to be installed. We had an issue with not using material to cover hardwood floors and did get some small scratches. We did review this complaint and they did offer to send a flooring co to repair"

"The job was done correctly and in timely manner. Customer Service was good on followup to ensure I had the assurance I needed on the mold removal project I had them do. My only concern is that I talked to three diferent people and received a different understanding on what was being done and when. Also there was a miss understanding what I needed to have replaced to ensure the mold did not return. I am now trying to get a price on both supply boxes from my HVAC person to compare with Pure. Depending on what the costs will be I will decide whether to have Pure install or my HVAC company."

"Everyone was great to work with, from sales to office to install. Workers were polite and conscientious. Work was completed as promised, both in quality and timeliness. Will definitely recommend these guys and use again should the need arise."
