"I had some pieces of vinyl soffit pulled out, most likely by squirrels. Several other companies declined this small job due to the hight and steepness of that part of the roof. Aldo of Next Step Contracting was able to schedule us the following week to avoid rainy weather earlier. They were running a couple hours behind due to another job, but communicated this & kept us updated. They showed up prepared with replacement soffit material and were equipped with proper fall restraint harnesses, which was good to see. Any company that short-cuts the safely of it's workers, probably short-cuts in other areas. Aldo & his assistant had this section of soffit repaired, and properly secured in about an hour.
