Bill came and walked roof, explained material options, addressed all my concerns with various leakpoints I’d discovered upon moving into my home. "I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate. "Received roof tune up and estimate for complete roof replacement from Jason of AROCON. Our roof took some damages from recent wind/storm. Jason did a thorough inspection of the roof, provided detail pictures of all areas needing attention (inside and out), took the time to listened and explain, and help us with dealing with insurance, including himself calling them, to get right information across and get proper adjustment. He showed us some financing options, which we will definitely consider, following finalization of insurance dealing. Looking forward to working with Jason and team, a real asset to AROCON."
