They were very thorough to replace all the rotten wood, which I really appreciated. My house looks amazing! I upgraded to the best siding recommended by Consumer Reports, which is manufactured by the company Elmans' often uses. The windows were also good quality, and look better than some my neighbors had recently installed. The gutters and gutter guards were installed well too. I appreciate that they are a family business, which was very responsive. If you are considering siding, windows or gutters, Elmans' should be on the top of your list for excellent quality, great prices and ease of getting the job done. Very highly recommended!"

"Virginia Exterior Products did an amazing job on our home. They paid attention to all the architectural details when they installed the vinyl siding, so much so that many neighbors didn't realize it was vinyl siding. They also replaced all the windows and rebuilt the front porch. We have received so many compliments; they truly have exceeded my expectations. Their price was in line, or a little more than other contractors we got quotes from, but I doubt that the other contractors would have done as good a job; they offer a great value, plus they replaced all rotten wood without charging us extra, like the other contractors would have. "Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep. gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! The price below includes guttering and fascia. Financing is available."

"G R Scantling Drywall & Framing were very responsive from the start, calling me weekly to check on the status of my project to schedule the hangers as quickly as possible. They set up the drywall order for me, which I called in to completed (their supplier saved me about $40 over Lowes for XP Purple board). The job was completed in two days (one day hanging, one day tape and mud), was done professionally and well. Super nice guys to boot. Would not think about using anyone for drywall in this area."

All the work was completed as agreed in a good timely manor, He found some rotted wood in bottom of frame that he replace for an agreed upon small added fee, he replaced a small doorbell cover for free.

All in all they did a good job!!!! We will hire them again in the future
