He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. "Tommy and his team did a great job on our chimney! Once it finally stopped raining Tommy and his crew got to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Anytime I texted Tommy he would respond answering any questions I had. His work was top notch, rebuilt the crown (which looks bomb proof) and cut out the brick mortar out down to the roof line. Tuck pointed and painted my chimney. Not single drop of water has come in since he finished his work. They cleaned up all materials afterwards too!
