"Great....replaced the hot/cold valve's at the washing machine, checked all connections, and tested for leaks. Patched the drywall area that was effected by the leak/bad valves too. Assessed two old toilet water intake lines (at my request) and able to replace during the visit as well as one water valve to toilet line needed replacement due to its age and poor function. Andrew Korland plumber came at 8 pm after completing another job. He was professional, courteous and had great attention to detail. Once he assessed the problem , he contacted the owner before beginning the repair process. She approved the work.Andrew immediately began solving the problem running almost 80’ of coil to unclog the drain at the clean out site. We had a working toilet by 9pm. Andrew was calm and explained what he was doing before and during the process. He also provided his contact information afterward in case we had questions or concerns.
