"Ken, the service tech, came about two weeks prior to thoroughly inspect our carpeting and gave us a quote, as well as set up an appointment time, Oct. 18, 2012. We were concerned because of the fact that we have two dogs and six cats. He assured us he had some pretty good chemicals that could help with all questionable stains. His quote for all that he was going to do, including an area rug, we felt was most reasonable and fair. <br /> <br /> As far as the details, Ken called us the day before to confirm the time and even called us in the morning to let us know that he was on his way. Ken was extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and even helped us with some of the heaviest pieces of furniture. We were so amazed at the quality of the work, and after 12 years of wear, could not believe how it came out almost brand new again! <br /> <br /> Ken made sure he put styrofoam discs under all legs of our furniture, to avoid any rust spots. He promised us it would not take long at all to dry, but he followed up with another call the next morning, just to make sure all was dry, and if there were any other questions or concerns. "I hate leaving neg FB.  We own a VRBO and hired this company to clean.  Very inconsistent.  The beds looked like someone had slept in them after the maid service made them.  On one bed, the flat top sheet had the bottom part, with the tag at the head of the bed.  Not tucked at the foot.  Several times I had to go over and re make the beds. <br /> One cleaning, right after they left, I went over and the smoke alarm was beeping, for a new battery.  No one called to advise me.   <br /> I would not recommend them. <br />"
