Second, when I added my bank account info so that they could just debit my checking account for my monthly service charge ($44.99), they completely botched that up. They called me to tell me that my credit union denied the payment but when I called my credit union, they told me that no attempt to debit my account had been made. Ultimately Frontpoint charged my credit card for the April payment (which is actually unacceptable to me). My credit union advised that I was better off using their web bill pay system but it seems that I am unable to do that. My only choice with Frontpoint is to give them my credit card and bank account info so that they can charge my account each month - there is no way for me to send the money myself. Last thing - I was not actually able to talk to someone from Billing - only was able to talk to a "customer service rep" who could not explain what really happened. Let's hope that the May payment goes better..."

"In my Angie's List search I found that AB Locksmith had a store not far from our home.  Because I wasn't sure what we needed, I took a picture of our door and took it to their location.  The store was light, clean and welcoming and the salesperson was friendly, professional and knowledgable.  We agreed on the locks to secure our doors and their workman arrived the next day at the time we arranged.  The workman ended up installing 4 locks with the number of keys we needed and the work was completed in about an hour.  I couldn't be more pleased.  The ability to talk face-to-face with a locksmith expert in their store significantly influenced this evaluation.

"I have had that service for 3 or 4 months. There were several robberies in this area and that is why I got it. They are competitive. It was one of those deals where I got it for free and then I pay for the monthly service. It is a two or three year contract. They call the police if someone sets off one of the sensors. If I do not get to the alarm in time, they will call me. I have had a couple of times where my grandson set the alarm and I went into the garage and did not hear it go off and the next thing that I knew the police were there. There is a $25 fine for those. It has nothing to do with the alarm company. If the city gets called out 3 times, the first time is $25, second time is $45, the third time is an additional $45, and they evaluate the system. That has not happened yet. I have been happy with them. It runs strictly by cell phone. They are right on it when that alarm goes off. They sent it to me and it had all of the parts and then I installed it and it is fairly simple to do.

"Installer arrived at pre-determined time and date.   I could not make out his signature on the contract.  He was very professional and through.   He installed the sensors on all windows and doors as we requested or he recommended.  When finished he took his time to explain the operation of the system and the remotes.
