"We had water loss in our house. In addition to the restoration work, we decided to do a broader remodel at the same time. We actually hired a different company that promised to make our house all new again, but we had a lot of delays and communication issues, and ultimately walked away from that company. We had already moved into temporary housing for the remodel, and needed another contractor to step in quickly. Johnson and Sons rose to the occasion and were able to get us back into our house quicker than the first company would have. Our remodel was basically the whole house. Floors, interior paint, all 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. The price was competitive. The timeline was good. The communication was outstanding, which was very important to us. Vic was always available to answer questions and proactive in letting us know what was going on. Jon and Tony were patient and willing to make adjustments as requested. We did discover an issue based on a previous contractor's faulty work, but Vic was quick to explain the situation and give us options and prices. We would definitely recommend them to others."

The name Eric Vanderlip showed up on the screen as a highly rated contractor and he lived close to us. A quick call brought him out the following day. He told us because of COVID, getting materials and workers to do the work would be difficult, but that he was willing to take on the job. So began the restoration of our kitchen. We noticed Eric going out of his way at every turn to make it as easy as possible for us. Often he brought samples for us to check out, so we wouldn’t need to shop and perhaps expose ourselves to the COVID virus. How good it is to see our kitchen back in place, looking even better than before. We recommend Eric Vanderlip highly to our friends and family. "Gina was amazing in helping us to pick the most elegant materials to use in the remodel...the backsplash, the carpeting and even the new hardwood floors- i at first was thinking this flooring was to dark, but boy was I wrong..it is beautiful and keep getting comments on how stunning it looks. Gina help me pick the colors for my walls and even help me pick out wallpaper for my powder room that is like art. She gave me the contact to hang the wall paper and Brad was amazing. Once the rest of the finishes are complete, hoping to get on Gina's schedule to stage all of my furniture to complete the showcase of my new remodel. "Ilya and team were great! Communication was timely and constant. Ilya is a hard hard worker and made our master bathroom amazing. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours.
