He observed the job and communicated what would need to be done and fixed/replaced everything that needed to be. "I purchased a special offer through angie's list for faucet installation. Chris was quick to respond via email and we set up at time over the phone for the following week. Mike arrived on time and did a great job (finally my sink faucet doesnt leak out the base!!!!). A piece of piping was necessary to install the new faucet and mike was able to have it readily available to complete the job without having to come back. I'll definitely use them again in the future (now i have to get the matching bathtub fixtures!!)

"MA Design transformed our house from something that worked in the 1950s to a new home that is more open, refreshing, and boasts functionality for a family of four without compromising on style. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process. During the early design phase, both Marc and Raquel shared design ideas and changes that we hadn't considered. Many of their ideas were incorporated into the final design and elevated the final product. They have decades of experience and can spot opportunities to improve the design, layout, and refine the small details which make a big difference in the end. We added scope to the program as construction progressed and MA Design was amicable to the changes and easily able to absorb the extra work into the schedule given their large team and strong network of sub contractors. When things were uncovered during the project, such as older piping, MA Design presented multiple options with pros and cons of each. This equipped us with the information we needed to make the right decision for our house. Despite the increased scope and challenging macro conditions, MA design was able to complete the project on the low end of their original 16-20 week range estimate. The house turned out better than we could have expected and we're very happy with the quality, price, and professionalism throughout the process. We'd recommend MA Design for a project of any size, as they showed they're skilled in all aspects of home renovations."

"We were so happy with the kitchen and master bathroom remodel that Todd did for us that we hired him again to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Todd gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the floor in order to remove water damaged boards from a prior leak as well as accommodate the new curb less shower pan. Todd was very thoughtful and had some good design & layout suggestions and helped us work thru other challenges like how to route/hide things we didn’t think of such as vent pipes. Todd found and installed new window trim and doors that also closely matched the rest of the house to help maintain consistency throughout. He installed new tile on the floor, shower walls, and subway tile halfway up all the remaining walls. All of the lines were perfect again and he did a fantastic job. We have received many compliments on the bathroom and are thrilled with how it turned out. Todd is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and his work."

"We hired Matt to completely finish our once old and scary unfinished basement, something we had talked about doing for years but never thought possible given the age of the house (late 1800s) and unique challenges (dampness, field stone foundation, uneven concrete floor). The scope of work included adding a bathroom with shower, designing a family room including fireplace accent, creating a laundry area and storage areas, with built ins throughout. We have had a great experience with Matt. He has creative ideas on how to approach projects and is a perfectionist, which shows in his work. He has a great sense of design and will take the time to discuss recommendations and pros and cons of doing something a certain way. We have appreciated in particular Matt’s responsiveness. He is quick to respond by phone or text, even late in the evening and weekends. When we had a random issue with our HVAC system during a hot summer spell (completely unrelated to Matt’s work) and were not able to get home to find the problem, Matt went to our house in the evening to look at it. He even stopped at the Home Depot to buy a tool he needed to diagnose the issue. We were blown away that Matt went out of his way to do this, knowing it took him away from his family. There have been several times that Matt has gone above and beyond in this way. Matt also works with a top notch team of specialist sub-contractors (plumbers, electricians) who have done excellent work in line with the overall project. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt and are looking forward to working with him again!"

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
