"Bob has done numerous projects for our old house over the years mainly carpentry, and most recently to replace cedar siding on a large area of the house. Bob does excellent carpentry and finish work and is an extremely hard worker. He has also done wood gutter repair, cleaning and sealing, hung exterior doors and installed exterior wood railings for us. The various projects have involved a significant amount of high exterior painting. He has a wide range of skills and excellent problem-solving ability. Because of this history, we have a lot of trust that Bob will do an excellent job at whatever project he accepts."

"The project went extremely well. Gaby is a consummate craftsman and finish carpenter. As someone who built custom furniture in my early days, I am very familiar with woodworking and can immediately distinguish between good, quality work and Excellent craftsmanship. Gaby fits the latter! He does all the work himself and takes incredible pride in the quality of his work. He built out the shelving in our pantry and when completed, there was an issue with the height of each of the shelves. When I brought the issue to his attention, Gaby apologized profusely and was back at my house within 48 hours to remedy the situation. This is a situation where you get what you pay for! His pricing was a bit high but fair as custom-built cabinets go. The difference is justified in the quality of materials he uses and the attention to every little detail during installation. During COVID, we paid 50% up front so he could purchase the materials right away as the cost of aLL MATERIALS CONTINUED TO SOAR. Gaby is honest, friendly, highly skilled and fin to work with. The only criticism I have is every decision made and agreement made was on a handshake (Old-school). There was not a formal quote or any paperwork other than the drawings from our designer that I provided. He gave me a range on price and of course, when the work was done, it was the higher of the range. We had initially planned for 2 pantries built by Gaby but ended up only needing shelves in a modified pantry that had already existed which my builder had modified. There were no adjustments in his verbal quote or final price. I had wished at the time that it was in writing. Good communication. Always on time and said what he would do and did what he said! "We recently had Fisher windows replace 14 windows in our condo to update them and we couldn’t be happier with both their excellent service and the great quality of the windows installed. The survey/quote was absolutely painless and straight-forward. Paul and Denis were our primary contacts and they were both very pleasant to speak with and were very to the point about the process and what the company offered. A huge relief when compared to some of the other window places we worked with who constantly tried to upsell us on more expensive windows. The replacement itself took all of one day, and only a couple hours the second day. The two-man crew that worked on our place were extremely professional and pleasant throughout their work. The crew was also extremely clean; by the time they had finished, you’d hardly even know that the windows had just been replaced that day! I’ll also note they were careful to wear their facemasks when inside at all times, which was a relief to see. As for the windows themselves, we got double-hung Harvey windows. The quality of the window is great - super easy to open, and super easy to clean as well. Even though the weather is only just starting to get colder, we’ve already noticed that there are significantly fewer drafts in our home. The one benefit we didn’t foresee was just how much of a reduction in noise these windows add. We live in the city on a fairly busy street and now we can barely hear the cars go by; it's great!
