He was extremely flexible with setting up a time to come give a quote and even came by an hour before they normally do service calls just so that I could get to work on time. "Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"We recently purchased a recently renovated century old farmhouse. We were not expected to use the home warranty that came with out purchase, but so happy we had it within months of moving in we had failures of the appliances. Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."

"My kitchen sink was leaking water and was clogged, so I hired J&A to fix the problem. The technician came to my home and fixed the leaking part of the sink problem, but was unable to clear the clog because the problem was more than he had the equipment for. That part of the problem required a snake to fix the issue. They offered to come back and fix the clogging problem, but at the time I couldn't have them do it. They did do a good job at replacing the leaking hoses under my sink, and solved that part of my problems.
