"Kevin did an excellent job of fixing up our side deck and steps! He was thorough and meticulous in doing his carpentry for the deck repairs. Labrador Renovations really hit the mark on our deck and I would think of them first for future similar projects."

"I love the new pvc decking, drink rail and railing. Could not be happier. Great work."

"They repaired a deck that had been hit by a large tree top. While gathering estimates for the work I was very pleased to see the level of detail they offered regarding the needed repair. Ultimately, I chose them because they located an issue with the deck that was not picked up by the other contractors. At the end of the project I found their workmanship to be quite good. They were punctual, friendly, and had great ideas with regarding to the repair. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends. "Paul Davis Restoration of Delmarva built my composite deck on a challenging work site. The new deck has custom steps, ramp, and benches. The deck skirting is unique and gorgeous. We are extremely pleased with the design and workmanship and have received many compliments from friends and neighbors. I want to thank Brian Rush, Josh, Brittney, and Christina. I especially want to thank Brian Pittman and his crew, Collin and Shawn. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Paul Davis."

"I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.

1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"They were very punctual and very efficient. I was constantly checking on the job and all the workers were very professional, and helpful with any questions or doubts i had during the job. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants reasonable price with great quality!"

"It went very well. They showed up by 7 a m and got started right away. Both men were proffesional and nice. The house which has alluminum siding and brick were completely cleaned. It looks 100% better and we couldn't be happier. While they were here I also had my front concrete porch and sidewalk power washed along with having my gutters cleaned out for an extra cost. All of this work done was worth every penny. We will be using them again in the future and will be referring this company to other home owners."
