"In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."

"Bill was very pleasant to work with.  He is super friendly and responsive.  I hadn't had my carpets steam cleaned ever (bought house nearly 5 years ago!) and decided to finally bite the bullet.  Found Bill on Angie's list and couldn't be happier.  With two kids, the amount of stains that accumulated were more than I'm willing to admit.  From juice stains to soda stains and god know what other kinds of stains my girls did to our carpets, I really didn't have much hope for everything to come out.  (carpets are cream colored)  Therefore, I figured at least having them disinfected and smelling clean was really why I was getting my carpets cleaned and hoped for a good outcome with the stains.



Bill was very thorough and took his time explaining the process to me.  He even taught me a "trick" for future stains and how to go about cleaning them up if needed to maximize my chances of actually removing the stain.  He actually showed me by demonstrating on a current stain with his advice on how to "treat" it and sure enough, it was true!  I thought it was very nice for him to give me a mini "tutorial."  Very helpful!



Best of all?  99% of the stains that I thought were impossible to remove were actually removed!  My carpets look amazing; they really do!  I feel like I am in a new house - that is how much cleaner my carpets have become!  My husband came home that evening and could not believe his eyes.  We both truly thought our carpets weren't salvageable.  But lo and behold - Bill came through for us.  I cannot express how happy I am with the results!  There a few tiny spots that have remained but are much lighter in color and only noticeable since I know where the spots were!  But to anyone else, my carpets look spotless!  I do not have anything negative to say about Bill or my experience.  I am a very happy customer!  Thank you, Bill!  (while I do feel the price is a bit expensive, I also feel you get what you pay for - I wanted the job done the right way and feel Bill truly made the service worth the price).
