Within a few days, the glass was ready and he worked with me to find a window to install it and it looks great! He's responsive, courteous, and even cleaned up after and left no trace of being there. "Dave with Glass Works kept me informed the entire process- from the day he came out and gave me an estimate to the install day. He called the day before to let me know that our glass was in. We set a date and time for the install. They arrived the day of the install in the specified time frame that we agreed upon. Dave and his assistant-Mike were outstanding. They were very professional and took painstaking care to protect our floors and walls. I have never seen a crew clean up like they did. I believe it was cleaner after they left. "My insurance agent recommended Mister Glass to me when I complained about the cost of window replacement in my recently purchased home.  I had already received two very similar quotes on the glass only for the house and a large bay window in the back of the home.  Addison with Mister Glass came out and measured all of my windows and talked about some of my options.  After receiving a much lower quote from Mister Glass a couple of days later, we decided to have Addison out to talk to us about upgrading our current glass (bronze colored) to Low-E.  The quote, again, was so reasonable that we had Mister Glass quote replacing the entire storefront systems and replacing them with a matte white mullion.  We're doing the project in phases and Mister Glass came out to triple check measurement on a new back door and side light that they're installing next week.  Everyone there is super friendly and have been helpful.  I'm actually really looking forward to updating this review after the install next week.

"Mark, with Southern Shower Doors really saved the day with my shower project. What originally was a dripping shower head while I was home on military leave got much worse when a plumber damaged the plumbing. Another plumber wanted $1400 just to cut up the shower wall to fix the valve. I purchased a replacement corner shower from Lowe's with the assurance they could have it installed. After two weeks they admitted they couldn't. I posted this project and got several quotes to do some of the work but not all. In the meantime the leakage continued. Southern Shower Doors said they could do it all with an option to install the Lowe's cornershower or build a custom one. And do it in days, not weeks. Mark worked with me while I was back at my duty station. Their quote was substantially less than other quotes. The fiinished product was amazing and I appreciated that Mark was available at all hours. Thanks, Mark!"
