"I have a mixed review. There was an initial site survey done by Ron M. He gave me estimates of $48k, 23k and 13k. I almost walked away from my new Electric vehicle. I had to suggest the option I went with, to replace my electric range with a gas line run to install a gas range in my kitchen. I did so at a cost of $890 for the range and $1508 for the gas line. Before we settled on this bid, I asked about the former hot tub that was behind my garage. Ron didn?t listen to my input and said it was probably 110v and I asked since my house was bought by me from my Mom when my grandma died. I knew that it was heated and had a 220 circuit. Ron was not the installer on the day of the install, the two gentlemen that did the install did GREAT WORK! 100%! When they were done, the older electrician told me that there was good news, after me spending $2400 for a new gas stove and a gas line, that they used the hot tub line to install my EV charger Ron didn?t listen to a word I said cost me more$"

"Eric Fierro did all I expected and more. He arrived on time and was patient as I was helping someone at a sale. He did his estimate and then performed the work. He was conversive, attentive, and informative all while continuing to work. When finished, other than the new outlets and ground wire one would not have known he was there. When finished the the charge for the service was what he estimated. I could not have gone better. Thanks to Eric and Custom Electric Services."

"The wiring and installation of a subpanel were done to our satisfaction. The two electricians we dealt with were polite, cordial and explained what needed to be done, with several options. The total price seemed quite high but since I did not get any other estimates and have had no prior, recent need for electrical work, I really dont know how they fare with other companies doing the same work. All in all, we are pleased with the work they did."

"Todd was very efficient in dismantling the hood, cutting a hole through the wall to the outside, laying the piping, sealing, and testing the new setup. What impressed me was the fact that he didn’t try to sell me a new hood. He also was very conscious of any messes he may make, laying down drop clothes, etc. and disposing of his garbage in appropriate receptacles. I was very happy with the time it took him to do the job. Super quick, yet high quality work. From what I have experienced thus far (I have him booked for a couple other projects), Todd is a stand-up trustworthy guy who knows what he’s doing. He is super busy so it may take him a while to respond to inquiries, but he’s definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend him to family & friends."

He seemed to know what he was doing but he had no ID, cards, etc. He wrote a quote on tablet paper and did not leave it with us. Better Business Bureau has no bad (or good) reports on his business. He did present several options for the work that needed to be done. Hopefully his business will take off for him and be a success."
