"I had a totally stopped up kitchen drain. Greenwell unstopped the clog and redid the plumbing under the kitchen sink. It reclogged up again, and Greenwell came out and had to run a snake again, and unclogged it again, free of charge. After the first time they were here if it clogged up again, they come back and fix it free of charge for 120 days after initial visit. Been great ever since. Would highly recommend."

"Paid $1080 for a hot water heater service. Another company from HomeAdvisor gave me a written quote to do the job for almost $200 less than RL Plumbing with an acceptable turnaround time, but RL had already started on the job. This was not an emergency job, RL just happened to have the next day available. RL proceeded to leave the huge box for the water heater on our property. The massive price difference suggests either a company bloated by overhead, a predatory company or pricing method. Despite this large difference in pricing, the contractor added a $30 surcharge for a flex pipe that they did not bring with them to complete the job. Knowing what I know now, I would not return to RL. Fair pricing yields repeat customers and the difference between $1080 and the later competing quotes suggests disingenuous pricing procedures. Team ASI provided a much lower price with matching warranty and tank size."
