Amanda Plumbing found out from the water company that they could just replace the pipes in the meter well without excavation. However, in the end, the entire problem was resolved by just replacing a couple of gaskets. As President of the HOA, I was extremely happy with their solution and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs."

"Ammar showed up on time as anticipated. He was very professional, came in with mask and foot booties on. He assessed our kitchen sink faucet and said he did not have parts for our Cygnet faucet which we purchased as a package from granite formations and that I would have to order parts or he could provide a new fixture to replace our existing faucet which he had all the parts for installation. The price for the new faucet and installation was more than what we wanted to spend on this repair so we thanked him for his time and shared we were nit interested in purchasing a new fixture. He was fine with our decision and did not charge us for his time to assess our circumstances and wished us well. All good.... we have never used ecoplumbers previously. I found them very professional and timely. I believe for our application they were not the right fit for us...."

Within 3 hours they had replaced 13' of pipe, retrieved a broken snake left by the previous service company, back filled the trench, and had cleaned up the work area.
Heath and the guys were very friendly and easily answered all of my questions. It appeared that the three of them had a great rapport with each other and enjoyed their work.

"I received 4 estimates, Eco Plumbers $2,900, Mr. Rooter $2,375 - $100 for tank removal, ARS $2,345, and The Rooter Works $2,100 ? All were exorbitant. My Project: I converted from a gas water heater to an electric system, an I already had a electric outlet installed near tank. The Rooter Works ran wire from outlet to tank approx 3ft, cut/capped gas line, cut copper tubing, attached clamps and valves to water lines, installed A.O Smith 50gal heater. The salesman for The Rooter Works was courteous, but not really helpful (of course he was focused on the sale,) and did not send my email estimate until late the next day. He outlined a work order and projected it was a 2 hr job, the technician was prompt, arrived 30mins. early, he was polite and courteous, seemed to assessed the project, but made 4 supply runs, picked up and then replaced a damaged water tank, picked up and then replaced a leaky water valve, clamps, and couplings, etc. ? and was there from 8:35 am to after 4pm, he was not messy, but stayed to clean up. I learned a lot, next time, I will negotiate price with the company or buy my mechanics/appliance from supplier and negotiate the price with a private contractor. "Another company was unable to clear the main sewer drain and wanted to up-sell an additional $900 to run a camera down it and use a water jet to try and clear it. I sent them packing and called Plumbing Professors. On time and got the drain cleared at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others."
