"One window had bad wood around the frame. When we mentioned it to the contractor it wasn't addressed, and they installed the new window anyway. In Addition, on the same window the lower left corner of the window frame is loose and needs nailed back in."

"Poor attitude and damaged tile when installing a glass shower enclosure. Time it took to get installed after paying more than a 50% deposit was extensive due to poor measurements. Overall feeling of being taken advantage of. Do not recommend and wish I had gone with the vendor I had originally chosen. Not professional at all. Finding reputable venders on the Cape is very challenging!"

"Carlos and his team worked quickly and efficiently to install 4 ft high lattice fencing around my vegetable garden. After it was installed I realized it was way too tall for my backyard ( my fault for niot realizing this in advance). They returned promptly and cut the fence down to 2 ft. ( at a reasonable cost). Now it is just perfect and I love it. The team was pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!!"

"After many years of Indecision we recently concluded it was time to put in a new kitchen. From cabinets, floors, walls, ceilings, appliances and finally painting - the works!!! We chose Capizzi Home Improvement Company. We had heard they were excellent and had a great reputation for customer satisfaction. We had no idea of the scope of the job and all the work they would have to accomplish. Needless to say this was a very smart choice on our part. From the start there was our designer Diana then to the Caroenters, Jimmy and Dave, the Electricians Dave and Andrew, the Painters Joshua, Jesus and Freddie and the Plumbers Bill and Charlie - all contracted through Capizzi. All were fantastic at their trades. Very professional and knew what they were doing. All of the above coordinated through Gary who managed it all! I would recommend this crew from top to bottom. "We give Bel Island Five Stars for our house siding project with Hardy plank siding and Maibac shingles. When Andrei and his crew came to our house, they removed our old painted curling shakes and replaced them with beautiful Cape Cod grey Hardy plank siding on the front of the house, and Maibec shakes on the gables and kitchen entry way, with white Azak trim all around in less than a week. They replaced two windows with Harvey windows as well. The entire crew was respectful and tidy at the end of each day and cleaned up at the end of the job like they were not even there. The best thing was the price. Get three estimates, you will be shocked at Andrei's price. We got 4 prices and the closest to Andrei's was $15,000 more than his quote which he stuck to."

"They talk the talk but when push comes to shove they are awful. I had them do replacement windows. The windows that are visible from my driveway and sidewalk are excellent. The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. Never have I been more disappointed by crap customer service."
