"We worked with Gage and his team to do a complete remodel of our kitchen and main floor bathroom. Gage accompanied us during a walkthrough prior to closing on the house so that we could make sure what we planned to do was A: doable, B: within budget. This offered us some peace of mind and was kind of an additional inspection that we were thankful for being first time home buyers of an older home. His crew was friendly and they accommodated my requests to save and move a few items instead of tossing them during the demo process. Despite a couple of delivery delays the timeframe we were given was pretty close to what occurred. When there were things that needed to be fixed they fixed them and we worked together to get through challenges, like not having any right angles in the house. Overall working with Gage was a good experience. He kept a positive attitude and went above and beyond in several ways."

"They went above and beyond to make this a painless experience. They put down rugs to protect the floor, took precautions to contain the dust and continuously cleaned up after themselves. They made great suggestions as the as unexpected situation came up. They checked again and again that we were happy with the work. The results is we are very happy and the bathroom looks great!"

"We had our kitchen remodeled as well as hardwood floors installed through out the house. Willi did a great job of having all the contractors coordinated so the job went smoothly. House was done in 2 1/2 weeks. Made sure we were happy with job."

"Jeff is amazing, with wonderful quality of work. He is so knowledgeable and explains everything so it is understandable and why it needs to be done. We are so pleased, and it is so refreshing after having dealt with a different contractor who we had problems with. I have already hired Jeff/Besthome Building for other jobs and will continue to do so in the future. A+ workmanship, awesome customer service. Thank you Jeff, for my bathroom remodel. We are so enjoying it!"

"The job went great. Would hire again for more projects."

"Master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bath, & hallway was flooded when toilet supply line broke. As a recent first time homebuyer not noing how home owners insurance worked I attempted to begin the drying out process on my own renting some carpet fans and removing some of the carpet and padding. After speaking with the home owners insurance agent, who insisted a remediation company come out, I called san diego water damage. The response was quick and the owner himself came out, I had thought that my efforts would have been sufficent to dry things out, until Rafeal the owner showed me the water still in the walls using a thermal camera, Being a father of two young children the last thing i wanted was a unhealthy enviroment for my children with the potential of mold growth in the walls. Rafeal told me not to worry and quit stressing my self out trying to do everything myself and juggle my job and family at the same time. He reminded me that these instances are why home owners have insurance. So a PROFESSIONAL took over and quickly went to work with a very knowlegable and friendly crew. If aanother disaster happens again believe me the first thing I would do is call a professional and that would be SAN DIEGO WATER DAMAGE"

"I had a very good experience with the right choice home remodeling the crew was very professional and easy to work with I had no complaints and i could not be any happier with the work they did i look forward to working with them again in the future on any future projects i will have in my home. THE BEST COMPANY!!!"

"Floorcoverings NW remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the team was polite, clean, and punctual. They delivered great value and made the entire process smooth and professional. Highly recommended!"

"not to good :( I felt I did most of the work by providing all the details floor plans and colors.  What I got back was only two floor plans and some websites to purchase living room deco and some paint samples. Not enough for the money I paid. It also took a month or so before I received these things too.

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
