"Dawne B. This is the second repair that I called Dr. Appliance to my home and both times I am so glad I called them. Mr. Eric knows what he is doing and does it well I had no doubt about anything he told me he is honest and to the point NOT a rip off or scam. He gave an estimate that was accurate and fair on both jobs. I did have to buy a new washer but there was nothing he could do it was the main board that went bad. I bought the washer with the house I don't know how old it was or if they had anything wrong with it so I bought a new one (LG). Then I bought a used refrigerator also LG I won't say where I bought it but when I got it home it would not cool or freeze so I called LG and it would have cost $125.00 to come and diagnose and then labor would be $250.00 and they couldn't get to me for 2 weeks. So I called Dr. Appliance remembering he worked on LG when I called he couldn't get there over the weekend but he could come that Monday so I took the appointment. His office called and said they could come Friday and I said great I'll take it. Mr. Eric was there on Friday on time and fixed my fridge in about 1 hours time and it is running ever since and all I had to pay was a little parts and labor. When I told the place that I bought the fridge from they were glad that I didn't make them replace my fridge even though they were ready to do that they had another fridge held aside for me like they knew it wasn't working But I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Appliance I won't call anyone else for my repairs and I give his card to anyone that needs a repair done. I am so glad I found them"
