"I initially sent him an email after viewing his website and Angie's List customer reviews.  He responded via email within two hours, asked for some door details which I provided, then he called me later that same day to set up an appointment.  He gave me an approximate appt time and then called me on the day of the appt to tell me he was on his way and arrived within the time frame he had originally given me.
He was very personable, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful with future maintenance suggestions that I can do to prevent door problems.  He charged me $10.00 less than his estimate because he didn't need to perform one function that he thought he would have to do.  That says a lot about his honesty.

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."
