"After ordering the specialized tint I wanted through an installer in Naples (Germain Auto Images), I arrived for my installation appointment to find that they had not received the tint or bothered to let me know it had not come in.  I asked them to call me when it arrived and waited another week without hearing a word from them.  They had also quoted me $799 for the job, which was roughly $200 more for this high-end film than I was seeing on Tesla owner forums.  In frustration I decided to check up in Fort Myers and found Quality Custom Window Tinting on the internet.  I called them, they had the tint I wanted in stock, and they quoted $600.00, which was right in line with the prices I was seeing on Tesla owner forums.  So we set up an appointment a week out. <br /> When I arrived at the shop I found it in the back of a light commercial building with a rather unimpressive entrance.  But upon going in I found a very clean and well-laid-out facility with four installers on hand to do the job.  They do auto, home, and commercial tinting, and it seems to be a thriving business, with a small fleet of trucks, field installers coming in and out, and the phone ringing frequently.  (While I was watching the installation I found that they also tint all the police vehicles in Fort Myers.) <br /> The job was done quickly and professionally.  In fact, one of the installers noticed a barely visible flaw in a front window and decided to redo that window before I even realized there was a problem. <br /> I was in and out in the hour and a half they had told me the job would take, the price was as quoted, and as the film cured in the ensuing days it became absolutely unnoticeable, just as I was assured it would. <br /> I wish there were more businesses of this caliber in southwest Florida. <br /> <br /> <br />"
