Pavel and his team were truly excellent, and were flexible in modifying plans to meet our needs. When the project was complete, TrueDecks gave us the option to clean the exterior of our home so that it would look great with our new deck and porch. "Efficient crew. They had excellent communication skills. I was apprised of needed alterations to the deck as they laid trex Composite flooring.All my questions were answered. I was given ideas on hanging my Shepard's hook that holds my bird feeder to the railing after the installation of Trex. The crew of 2 persons worked 3 days to give me a beautiful new flooring, stairs and railing look. I will be staining the wood tines myself. "

"They first charged me an outrageous amount to figure out why my door was leaking and didn?t. They sent someone else to look at it. Who did figure out what was wrong . When they did come to fix the door, they did good work, but they charged me an outrageous amount of money to do it. They quoted me as having to rip up my whole deck to replace flashing. But when they came out to do it, they only had to pick up a couple boards .and redo the frame on a door and they charge me an astronomical amount of money. I am not happy. I will not be using them again. "

"We started out hiring Comprehensive Property Solutions for gutter cleaning. And the job quality and personal interactions with John made us want to hire him for doing our basement remodel. We couldn't be happier with him and his wonderful team. The extent of the job was a total room remodel which included demolition of an old brick hearth, a ceiling that was falling down and old 1970's paneling on the walls. They did all the demo and clean up and then hung new drywall on the walls and ceiling, built in a closet, put up new molding and new lights. Also installed a new heating/air conditioning unit in three of the basement rooms. Along the way he did other side jobs for us such as putting molding around our front porch pillars and hauling junk for us on three occasions. No job seems to big or small for this company. You won't meet a nicer and accommodating team. Their professionalism and friendliness made me so happy. Johns communication skills are stellar and I never had to worry that I didn't know where we were in the projects process. When the project was finished we are over the top happy with how everything turned out. We will for sure hire them again in the future."

"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible.
