"I had an outside light that would not work.  Gary identified the problem and quickly fixed it.  It was a simple fix and he chose to NOT bill me.  He essentially fixed the problem as he was diagnosing it!   <br /> Gary spent about 45 minutes of his time at my home, during which time he gave me an estimate for another job I need done.  Our conversation lead me to believe that Gary knows his business, is a problem-solver, and believes in providing his customers the maximum value for their money.  While no one wants to need repair work done in their homes, I feel a little better knowing that I've found a businessman who knows his trade and will do the job right the first time. <br />"

"Oscar Canales, and his associates Levis and Sergio did an excellent job of installing insulation in a bay window overhang at the level of the basement ceiling, followed by repairing a drywall hole due to a needed plumbing repair. They gave a quick estimate, were easy to work with to fine tune the final pricing, and did the work as promised, arriving on time and finishing as planned. They went above and beyond climbing on my roof to identify the source of a leak, that had eluded other companies which had tried to find the problem. This was done at no charge to me. The repair to the front door frame they did for me, to prevent water from entering my home, was done professionally and also as promised. I highly recommend them!"

"I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."
