"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Competent and professional, courteous and careful (Covid protocols), cleaned up and tested correctly functioning before leaving. Able to be flexible on the scope of the work prior, since we had not finalized details, but came properly equipped and understood the electrical needs. My only critique is that the pricing policy was not explained well - apparently just to show up is priced on (2) workers - so 175 for the mgr, 95 for the helper, then the hourly 95 is separate. Anyways, good job, well done."
